Built in stone and/or brick, they keep the architectural characteristics typical of the peasant tradition of

the area: wooden floors, cross vaults, interiors furnished with simple furniture restored and preserved, railings and bedsteads in beaten iron, brick paving; all these give a special flavour, a somewhat romantic, cheerful and rustic touch to our old homes and buildings. Our sales offer include different options, like farm-houses with vast extensions of land, partly cultivated or with woods, which can be transformed and adapted for breeding horses, cattle, sheep, or kept as a biological farm. Also, we can offer small palaces and detached or separate houses, all with an ancestral character from the medieval times, located within attractive historical cities. And for your holiday or occasional visit to Le Marche, we count with separate houses for rent, with a swimming-pool and other sports facilities, such as a tennis court, a bowling alley, and indoor or outdoor cleaning service, for the whole length of your stay. Also, we can arrange or give you advice for accommodation in a friendly, comfortable bed-and-breakfast.
Another important aspect of the services we offer is the management and maintenance of your property, even during your absence, for example, if you live abroad. We can pay your bills, look after your garden and swimming-pool, and do the general upkeep of your house.

Where are we?

Our property agency is based in Sarnano with easy access to the superstrada (SS78) and around an hour and twenty minutes from Ancona Airport, serviced by low cost airline, Ryan Air. You can fly to

Ancona from Stansted and Liverpool or East Midlands to Rimini (2 hours). Pescara is also around 2 hours from Sarnano and again you can fly from Stansted. Check for flight
